Privacy Policy

Information the app may process

• Message drafts and transformations: text you choose to rewrite or translate may be sent to the xx backend and OpenAI so the app can generate rewritten versions.
• Local app data: contacts saved in xx, handles, settings, queued messages, drafts, previews, optional avatars, tone choices, contact relationship profiles, and local instructions may be saved on your device.
• Contacts and photos: the app only accesses phone contacts or photo library information if you grant permission for that feature. xx does not write changes back to your phone contacts and does not use the camera or microphone.
• Support and feedback: if you contact support, your email address and message are used to reply and solve the issue.
• Purchase and credit data: when paid credits are enabled, purchase status, product IDs, transaction references, and credit balance data may be processed through Apple/Google app stores and RevenueCat.
• Referral data: if you use invite codes, referral codes, redeemed-code status, reward status, and bonus credit grant data may be processed to give invite credits, prevent self-referrals, and limit abuse. xx uses the phone's normal share sheet for invites and does not request contact access or send referral messages automatically.
• Technical identifiers and usage records: support IDs, anonymous install IDs, hashed network/IP buckets, timestamps, request counts, selected mode/channel/language, input length, token counts, model name, request status, and error details may be used for credits, limits, support, reliability, and abuse prevention.

How information is used

The information is used to provide rewrites and translations, manage credits, enforce limits, improve reliability, answer support requests, handle privacy questions, and protect the service from misuse.

Sharing

Sizerange does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to run xx, such as OpenAI for AI text processing, Render for hosting and storage, RevenueCat and app stores for purchase processing, Expo/EAS for builds, and email support providers. The app currently has no ads, account login, third-party analytics SDK, or tracking SDK.

Retention and deletion

Local app data stays on your device until you delete it, reset app data, or uninstall the app. Backend usage and referral records may be retained for up to 13 months for monthly quota limits, abuse prevention, debugging, and service reliability. Paid and bonus credit ledger entries may be retained as long as reasonably needed for purchase support, referral support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact support.

Children

xx is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support so it can be reviewed.
